New Year, New You? | part 2

Today we will give more tips to help you make a new goal for 2025, adjust your goals from last year, or decide to proceed on the path you have already started!

  • Take 5-10 minutes to think about 2024. Write down any words or phrases that come to mind. As you look over this list, notice what patterns arise and decide what you want to keep in 2025. It could be a relationship, a new habit or hobby, or your career path.

  • After deciding what you want to keep, now make note of where you want to make changes. These can be big or small! Resolutions do not have to be instantly life-changing goals. Instead, think of what you can change or add in the near future.

  • Maybe you look at your list from 2024 and decide that you are content with how your life is progressing. That’s amazing! There is no rule that we must change anything at all on January 1. Always be aware of choices you are making, relationships you are in, and habits that need attention.
